About Demos Bizar

Nick Demos
Nick Demos is currently the Producing Artistic Director of ONE Healing Arts COMPANY in NYC. From 2000-2008 he served as the Artistic Director for Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma. With his producing partner, staff and board of directors he transitioned Lyric from a university campus to two world class facilities, oversaw a successful capital campaign, expanded programming to include a children’s academy, created new works, concert programs and an entire second stage series. He directed over thirty productions at Lyric, most notably Debbie Gibson in Chicago, Sally Struthers in Hello, Dolly!, and Kelli O’Hara in the state centennial production of Oklahoma!. New York directing credits include the Broadway Cares Easter Bonnet Competition, Rainbow Around the Sun at NYMF, The Pool at Theater for the New City and Kids in America at the Triad. Other regional credits: The Drowsy Chaperone (B. Iden Payne and Austin Critics’ Awards for Best Direction) at the Zach Scott Theater and ,The Who’s Tommy, Godspell and Urinetown at Stage One.
Also a producer, Nick’s company, Demos Bizar Entertainment produced Memphis on Broadway (Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Musical), Make Me a Song in London and Vanities (2nd Stage), Inventing Avi (Abingdon), and Make Make Me a Song (Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations) Off –Broadway.
Nick is also a 500 -hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher, and is co-owner of 2omis yogaware company. For more information: NickDemos.net

Francine Bizar Borgenicht
Having always had a passion for the theater, Francine Bizar began her theater career working briefly as a Wardrobe Supervisor off-Broadway and in regional theater where she continues to volunteer today. Her New York, Los Angeles and London producing credits include Broadway’s “Memphis” (TONY Award) Off-Broadway she co-produced “Vanities,” and “Make Me A Song,” which she also co-produced in London’s West End. After assisting her late husband, a colorful entrepreneur and adventurer with his many investments and philanthropic endeavors, she is excited to be partnered with the talented Nick Demos for DemosBizar Entertainment, actively seeking new theatrical and musical projects to shepherd toward the Great White Way.
Francine is a Trustee of the Jack Borgenicht charitable foundation, serves on the Board of several other New Jersey foundations, manages real estate holdings and enjoys traveling to spend time with her twenty young grandchildren.
